Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary operations leader who aspires to build and shape a company rather than just oversee existing processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to evolve into an executive leadership position within DSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of operational functions including manufacturing, production planning, quality control, supply chain, warehouse and logistics, maintenance, continuous improvement, and safety.
• Create and maintain a high-performance operations organization that supports the company’s next phase of growth.

Executive Growth Program

The successful candidate will be enrolled in an 18-month Executive Development Program aimed at preparing candidates for promotion to Vice President of Operations. Advancement will be based on measurable leadership, strategic impact, and results rather than tenure.
