Director of Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Director of Operations who will play a crucial role in developing and implementing operational systems, processes, and accountability frameworks necessary to support a rapidly expanding business. This hands-on leadership position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with company ownership and spearhead impactful organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities and oversee production planning.
• Develop, standardize, and maintain workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and scheduling methods.
• Enhance operational efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators and managing team performance.
• Optimize labor management and resource distribution across various business sectors.
• Lead and mentor teams, ensuring accountability and cultivating a positive organizational culture.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to initiate ongoing operational improvements.
• Deliver regular operational reports along with strategic insights and recommendations.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of seven years in operations leadership roles, preferably with five years managing operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively in dynamic, deadline-driven settings.
• Demonstrated track record of establishing operational frameworks, including systems, workflows, and KPIs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and skills in managing organizational change.
• Ability to remain composed under stress with excellent organizational skills.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience will be taken into account.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary ranging from 100000 to 150000 USD annually, commensurate with experience.
