Role Summary

The Director of Operations will oversee multiple restaurant sites, work closely with top executives, and drive operational excellence. This role involves developing leadership talent, implementing growth strategies, and fostering a culture of accountability. The individual will be instrumental in team-building, mentoring, and designing systems essential for sustainable expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations at multiple restaurant locations to achieve exceptional hospitality standards and financial outcomes.
• Mentor General Managers and operational staff to build a strong leadership bench.
• Promote a culture centered on performance, responsibility, and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategy, organizational planning, and development initiatives.
• Support restaurant launches, market entries, and the integration of fresh concepts and venues.
• Evaluate operational and financial metrics to identify improvement opportunities in profitability, efficiency, and guest experience.
• Advocate for talent cultivation, succession planning, and leadership training programs.
• Ensure operational consistency while respecting the distinct culture of each restaurant concept.
• Work cross-functionally with Culinary, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Development departments to align goals.
• Act as a visible ambassador for company culture, values, and hospitality commitments.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 years experience in multi-unit leadership at a Director or Vice President level within a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
• Proven track record in managing multiple restaurant locations and developing high-performing General Managers and leaders.
• Expertise in driving financial success including labor control, profitability, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
• Experience supporting restaurant openings, market expansions, and growth-related projects.
• Strong leadership skills with capability to inspire and hold teams accountable across the organization.
• Experienced in leadership pipeline development, succession planning, and talent growth programs.
• Strategic thinker able to balance visionary planning with hands-on operational execution.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
• Deep passion for hospitality, team development, and fostering thriving workplace cultures.
