Job description

About the Role

Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament is recognized as a leading dinner attraction in North America and offers a lively place to build a career. The environment is energetic, team-oriented, and guest-focused, with an emphasis on creating memorable experiences for families, groups, and individuals. The culture centers on putting people first, supporting the community, and bringing a sense of fun and enthusiasm to the workplace.

Role Overview

The National Sales Partnership Director is responsible for building and growing strategic partnerships that increase revenue, attendance, and brand visibility across the company’s group sales channels. This includes work with education providers, youth organizations, parks and recreation groups, summer programs, and other national partnership prospects.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead partnership development efforts at both the national and local levels, using research, outreach, and relationship-building to identify opportunities and grow business. You will represent the brand through direct prospecting, in-person meetings, events, conferences, trade shows, and networking activities. The position also calls for a consultative sales approach, strong account management, support for sales team development, and close collaboration with corporate, operations, and sales stakeholders to remove barriers and advance growth plans. You will also help protect and strengthen the people-first culture while staying informed about competitor pricing, products, and promotional activity.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, though it is preferred rather than mandatory. The role requires at least 8 years of experience in outbound sales development and business partnerships, along with 5 or more years in sales management. Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other social platforms, and should have a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships at regional or national scale. Strong relationship-building skills with associations, organizations, and community partners are important, as is a genuine interest in prospecting, outside sales, and regular travel.

Compensation and Benefits

This position includes a competitive base salary plus bonus, along with full benefits and a dynamic work setting.

Additional Information

The role is based in Irving, Texas and is an onsite, full-time position.
