Role summary
This full-time, on-site position in Charlotte, NC is responsible for shaping and directing marketing efforts across My Niche Apartments’ multifamily portfolio. The role centers on brand development, strategic campaign planning, and improving overall marketing effectiveness for the communities under management.
What the role involves
The Director of Marketing will build and run marketing plans, guide both digital and traditional advertising efforts, and oversee property-level initiatives that support leasing performance. A major part of the job is working closely with leasing and operations teams to help raise occupancy and improve revenue outcomes.
The position also requires tracking market conditions, sharpening audience targeting and messaging, managing budgets, maintaining vendor partnerships, and making sure brand standards stay consistent across all properties.
