About the Role
This senior leadership position is dedicated to establishing scalable marketing operations, enhancing digital experiences, and fostering measurable business growth within a technology-driven and collaborative environment. The Director will oversee the integration of marketing technology, analytical reporting, and operational strategies to boost customer engagement and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop teams responsible for Marketing Operations and Analytics, Digital Experience, and Digital Media.
- Define team goals, workflows, performance standards, and accountability systems.
- Promote a culture centered on collaboration, continuous innovation, and customer focus.
- Drive marketing operations strategies that encompass campaign management, lead lifecycle, attribution models, reporting, and performance assessments.
- Implement governance frameworks to align marketing initiatives with business objectives effectively.
- Apply Agile marketing methodologies including sprint planning, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate ongoing process improvements.
- Manage marketing analytics, establish reporting protocols, and create executive dashboards measuring key metrics.
- Convert marketing and customer-related data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Lead initiatives to improve website strategy, optimize digital customer journeys, and enhance conversion rates.
- Supervise SEO, website analytics, marketing automation, and digital media performance programs.
- Administer marketing technology platforms such as CRM systems, automation platforms, analytics tools, and their integrations.
- Collaborate with technology, revenue operations, legal, privacy, sales, product, and customer success teams to maintain data integrity, compliance, and operational alignment.
- Assess and deploy tools and processes aimed at increasing scalability, automation, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Represent marketing operations at strategic planning meetings, enterprise-wide initiatives, and business reviews.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related discipline, or commensurate experience.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in marketing roles.
- Minimum 5 years managing and mentoring marketing teams.
- Substantial expertise in leading marketing operations, digital marketing, analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Agile or Agile-inspired marketing workflows and cross-functional project leadership.
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Adept in developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data-driven assessment reports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex datasets into strategic business guidance.
- Excellent project management, communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Track record of influencing multiple business units and advancing operational enhancements.
- Deep understanding of digital experience strategy, customer journey mapping, and conversion rate optimization.
- Capability to thrive in a fully remote setting and manage workload autonomously.
- Authorization to work legally in the United States.
