The ABION Hotel Berlin, Hotel Telegraphenamt, and BOLLE Festsäle collectively represent a blend of contemporary hospitality, historic architecture, and versatile event spaces in various Berlin locations. The Hotel Telegraphenamt, formerly Germany's most elaborate postal building, now stands as a historic gem offering flexible venues for corporate events, conferences, and exclusive occasions. The ABION Hotel, situated directly on the Spree River, features stylish accommodations, excellent conference facilities, and the Spreebogen area including the ABION Villa, CARL & SOPHIE Spree Restaurant, and the historic Yacht Aida. The BOLLE Festsäle, housed in the listed clinker-built former Meierei Carl Bolle, cover over 3,000 m² and are among Berlin's most impressive venues for congresses, exhibitions, and evening events. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute marketing and brand strategies for the Telegraphenamt Hotel Berlin.
  • Lead and nurture the marketing team’s growth and development.
  • Plan and manage all online and offline marketing activities, including website, social media, campaigns, and print materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation, corporate design, and messaging.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and service providers.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Event, and Revenue Management teams to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Oversee marketing budget planning, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report results to management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, deriving actionable strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed education or degree in marketing, communications, business administration, hospitality, event management, or equivalent.
  • Several years of proven experience in both strategic and hands-on marketing roles, preferably within hospitality, gastronomy, or related fields.
  • Demonstrable expertise in brand development and managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools including SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, with a firm grasp on KPIs, ROI, and budget control.
  • Proven leadership skills with enthusiasm for building, motivating, and advancing a team.
  • High degree of autonomy, strong organizational capabilities, and delivery focus.
  • Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a refined sense of brand aesthetics.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
