Key responsibilities
- Build and deliver the marketing and communications plan for the UK and Ireland in line with global brand direction.
- Design longer-term market strategies that reinforce brand value and contribute to steady business growth.
- Oversee integrated 360-degree campaigns spanning digital, print, public relations, events, media, partnerships and experiential activity.
- Lead brand narratives, media relations and communication efforts to raise visibility and desirability.
- Manage luxury events, product introductions, VIP programmes and ambassador initiatives.
- Control substantial marketing and advertising budgets while aiming for strong return on investment.
- Review market results, customer data and competitor movement to spot growth opportunities.
- Work in close partnership with retail, merchandising, operations and commercial functions to improve launches and in-store outcomes.
- Support retail stores and wholesale partners with effective marketing activity and customer engagement plans.
- Direct, coach and grow a high-performing marketing and communications team while promoting collaboration and accountability.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned luxury marketing professional who combines strategic judgement with strong delivery. You should be comfortable operating at senior level, influencing stakeholders, and turning brand ambition into market execution.
Experience should include leadership within luxury fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty or premium lifestyle brands, along with a strong grasp of brand marketing, communications, PR, media, events, product marketing and customer engagement.
What the role requires
- More than 15 years of experience in luxury fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty or premium lifestyle sectors.
- A demonstrated history of leading marketing and communications in an international luxury business.
- Practical experience creating and executing integrated 360-degree marketing strategies.
- A commercially minded approach with a clear understanding of retail performance and brand expansion.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including work across international markets.
- Proven leadership ability with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for luxury, craftsmanship, creativity and outstanding customer experiences.
Why this opportunity stands out
