Our team operates with agility and ownership, aiming for significant growth through event sponsorships, retail expansion, and enhancing brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns spanning social media, email, paid channels, partnerships, and events.
  • Manage content creation and creative direction, including campaign briefs, photo shoots, and deliverable oversight.
  • Cultivate and engage the athlete community through authentic, platform-specific content.
  • Coordinate event marketing efforts such as race activations, expo participation, and retail pop-up events.
  • Develop and maintain athlete ambassador and brand partnership relationships.
  • Administer influencer and affiliate marketing programs with clear performance metrics.
  • Analyze marketing performance data regularly and provide insightful weekly and monthly reports.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on brand narrative and seasonal storytelling.
  • Build and manage a lean, efficient marketing team over time.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or role involving full ownership.
  • Demonstrable success in driving brand growth, preferably in apparel, sports, or consumer lifestyle sectors.
  • Expertise in social-first marketing strategies and a strong understanding of cultural trends on digital platforms.
  • Excellent writing and creative skills, capable of defining and maintaining a distinct brand voice.
  • Proficient in managing campaigns from inception through launch to post-campaign analysis.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong performance metric literacy.
  • Experience in event and experiential marketing.
  • Well-formed views on effective brand identity supported by measurable outcomes.

Additional Advantages
