Nasco Stone & Tile is renowned for offering premium stone and tile products to top-tier architects, designers, developers, and luxury residential clients nationwide. We are now looking for an accomplished Director of Marketing & Brand to spearhead and expand our marketing efforts, owning the brand and creative direction to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and direct the brand's creative vision, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Manage and optimize marketing across multiple channels including paid social, Google Ads, email marketing, and organic social media.
• Oversee marketing budgets, analyze performance metrics, and enhance ROI and conversion rates continuously.
• Plan and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns from ideation to launch.
• Lead the production of top-tier content—photo, video, and copy—aligned with the brand’s vision.
• Supervise agencies, freelancers, and internal teams ensuring clear accountability.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and sales teams to support revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within marketing, branding, or growth.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-channel marketing initiatives and improving performance metrics.
• Strong creative skills and a keen aesthetic sensibility for design.
• Analytical and data-driven approach, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience with premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Highly organized, decisive, and focused on delivering results.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting between 85000 and 100000 USD annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
