Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of Marketing and Business Development to spearhead strategic planning and implementation in marketing and business growth. This role is pivotal in shaping the firm’s brand identity and market perception, advancing a high-value positioning, and institutionalizing client engagements to maximize sustainable revenue from new and existing customers. The position requires leadership of a dynamic team and significant participation in the firm's senior leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to the Managing Partner and other key leaders.
