Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead the HR function at Jumeirah The Red Sea. This strategic role will focus on directing and enhancing HR operations to support business goals and cultivate a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and mentor the HR team, fostering skills development, sharing best practices, and strengthening HR capabilities to achieve superior performance.
  • Formulate and implement the property’s HR strategy aligned with overarching corporate and regional objectives, overseeing successful execution to meet targets.
  • Champion continuous HR improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing productivity, decentralizing HR duties, and enhancing leadership skills across senior and middle management.
  • Maintain effective two-way communication channels between on-site HR and corporate/regional HR, managing internal communications to ensure relevant, timely delivery in appropriate styles and formats.
  • Oversee the planning and management of the annual HR budget and capital expenditure, ensuring diligent monitoring of Profit & Loss statements.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Proven leadership in managing high-performing HR teams and collaborating with senior executives to advance business and engagement goals.
  • Comprehensive experience supporting hotel pre-openings, large recruitment drives, and workforce planning for luxury hotel and resort properties across the Middle East.
  • Deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, performance management, and deploying employee-centric policies to boost retention and experience.
