  • Build onboarding and development programs for field and corporate teams across leadership, technical, functional, compliance, and professional learning using classroom-based, virtual, e-learning, and self-directed formats.
  • Create enterprise learning paths, competency frameworks, career pathways, and development models, and track impact through business results and performance measures.
  • Own and advance programs that improve culture, engagement, inclusion, collaboration, and overall organizational performance.
  • Set up and manage talent management processes such as succession planning, leadership pipeline growth, career pathing, talent reviews, workforce planning, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify capability gaps and deploy targeted development and talent solutions.
  • Improve HR processes, templates, workflows, SOPs, and operational practices to increase consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Manage project execution for enterprise HR technology efforts, including HRIS, Learning Management Systems (LMS), performance management, talent management, and other strategic implementations.
  • Lead change management efforts by developing rollout plans, communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies for business and technology changes.
  • Support leaders in strengthening organizational design, leadership effectiveness, employee development, and a high-performing, inclusive workplace.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and dashboards to measure learning impact, engagement, talent growth, succession readiness, leadership bench strength, and overall organizational health.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 2 years of experience with major responsibility in learning and development, organizational effectiveness, and/or talent management.
  • Experience working in an organization with a large non-exempt workforce, ideally in a matrixed business with multiple locations.

Skills and Competencies

  • Energetic, relationship-oriented approach with the ability to stay effective in fast-changing environments.
  • Proven track record in leadership development, succession planning, organizational change, and HR transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with HR technology rollouts and large cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, organizational development, and talent management.
  • Excellent executive-level communication, facilitation, coaching, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and deliver outcomes in a collaborative setting.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, organization, and project management skills.
