Director of Hospitality Operations

Position Overview

ATG Entertainment is transforming hospitality services across their venues, including over 25 locations nationwide such as Broadway theaters. As the Hospitality Operations Director based in New York, NY, you will implement strategic hospitality initiatives from the VP of Hospitality to ensure consistent and efficient food and beverage operations. This leadership position entails both administrative oversight and hands-on operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clear rollout plans for new products, pricing models, promotions, and digital ordering systems based on hospitality strategies.
• Create and uphold standard operating procedures, service quality, and brand presentation guidelines for all venues, monitoring for uniformity and compliance with health, safety, and licensing rules.
• Act as the principal liaison for venue Hospitality Managers regarding operational issues including staffing, problem resolution, and escalation management.
• Forge strong partnerships with Customer Experience Managers and venue teams to balance local requirements with company-wide standards.
• Design and facilitate training programs and produce practical toolkits that enable consistent venue execution of hospitality services.
• Manage key performance indicators including sales, costs, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction; maintain dashboards and deliver insights to prioritize operational focus.

Candidate Profile

You should be an accomplished leader with over five years of progressive multi-unit hospitality or food and beverage operations experience. Demonstrated success in establishing operational standards, managing vendor relations, and analyzing data-driven performance metrics is essential. Ability to travel regularly nationwide and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Background in live entertainment, sports, or venue-related hospitality.
• Experience with digital ordering platforms or implementation of F&B technologies.
• Skill in navigating matrix organizations and influencing across teams without direct authority.
