Overview

The Director of Healthcare Services (DHCS) is responsible for overseeing the delivery of efficient and high-quality clinical and paraprofessional home care services to clients within the Pensacola and Fort Walton regions. This role requires adherence to Florida and Federal home care regulations, ensuring all practices meet required standards with integrity, compassion, and financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure daily patient care provided by staff strictly complies with regulatory guidelines and established care standards.
• Lead, develop, and motivate both clinical and paraprofessional teams to achieve service excellence.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance patient care quality.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in home care as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated experience managing caregiving staff effectively.
• Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Proficiency with computers, particularly in using software for documentation and analysis.
