Role Overview
The Director of Football will report directly to the Chairman and hold responsibility for embedding the club's core values and guiding principles, often referred to as its DNA.
Key Responsibilities
The individual will be forward-looking and possess strong analytical abilities with an attention to detail. The role involves developing and executing a comprehensive long-term strategy focused on attracting, cultivating, and developing top-tier talent for the club.
Context and Environment
The club is supported by an excellent Academy and superior facilities comparable to those of a Championship-level club. These established resources provide a solid platform for achieving success and minimizing setbacks.
Candidate Profile
The chosen candidate should demonstrate a history of achievement, even if from a related sport or industry. They will lead and inspire a small, dedicated team.
