It includes the PURS Luxury Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, known for its New Nordic Japanese Cuisine, the Asian street food concept YOSO, the Italian Ai Pero, the event venue Convent, the Classic Boutique Hotel Am Ochsentor, and the historic Hammesmühle in Mayen. Your Role
We are seeking a person who not only understands hospitality but truly lives it. With a keen sensitivity to quality, a solid business acumen, and natural leadership skills, you will take charge of the Food & Beverage operational sector. In this key role, you will design workflows, establish standards, and collaborate with your team to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire operational Food & Beverage division across our restaurants
- Maintain active daily involvement, especially during weekends and busy periods
- Lead and develop a dedicated team with clarity, appreciation, and exemplary conduct
- Ensure the highest quality and service standards
- Plan and analyze financial and operational key performance indicators
- Coordinate closely with management on strategic decisions
- Organize events and special occasions
- Continuously improve processes for increased efficiency and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing Food & Beverage operations in upscale hotels or gastronomy
- Strong leadership abilities paired with empathy, clarity, and natural authority
- Confident business understanding with proficiency in relevant metrics
- High service orientation with acute awareness of quality and guest needs
- Methodical, solution-focused working style combined with a hands-on attitude
- Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor, both internally and externally
- Flexibility and willingness to be present during peak times
- A completed apprenticeship or degree in hotel management is advantageous
