Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

This position, reporting directly to the Chief Financial and Legal Officer, plays a pivotal role in enhancing financial planning, business analytics, performance reporting, and support for strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive the advancement of the company's enterprise-wide financial planning and analytical capabilities.
• Strengthen executive and board-level reporting by providing impactful performance insights coupled with comprehensive business narratives.
• Lead initiatives to adopt automation, advanced analytics, and new technology to boost operational efficiency and support better business decisions.
• Create and maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards that clearly display metrics reflecting organizational performance.
• Collaborate with business leaders to recognize opportunities, mitigate risks, and support key strategic initiatives.
• Help cultivate a high-impact finance team ready to support the company’s long-term goals.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in finance leadership, with a solid grounding in financial planning and performance management. Practical experience leveraging data, technological tools, and analytics to inform decision-making is essential. The role also demands excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with senior leadership and talent development capabilities. Previous experience in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly valued.

Location and Work Arrangement

This position is based in Brillion, Wisconsin, with options for hybrid work available following the initial onboarding and transition period.
