Role overview

The Ned Doha is seeking a seasoned and motivated Director of Finance to join its leadership group. This role suits a finance expert who enjoys working in a fast-moving luxury hospitality environment and wants to influence the financial direction of a landmark property in Doha.

In this position, you will be responsible for the full financial operation of the property. You will support financial stability, compliance, planning, and operational efficiency while partnering with senior leaders to provide clear insights that help drive growth and safeguard financial accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the finance function and manage daily financial activities across the property.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, financial statements and cash flow management.
• Maintain adherence to company procedures, local legal requirements, and audit standards.
• Offer strategic financial advice to support business planning and decision-making.
• Track financial results and highlight areas where performance can be improved.
• Develop productive working relationships with department leaders and other important stakeholders.

Candidate profile

• Proven background in a senior finance leadership position within luxury hospitality.
• Strong command of finance operations, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance requirements.
• Confident leadership ability with clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable performing in a demanding, high-tempo environment.
• Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
• Prior exposure to hospitality finance software is beneficial.
