Role Overview

This opportunity is for a senior finance leader to oversee the financial operations of a major luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar, within a well-established international hotel group. The position offers a full family package, including school support for two children.

What the Role Involves

The chosen candidate will take charge of the property's finance function and work in close partnership with the General Manager and senior leadership team. The focus will be on strengthening profitability, maintaining financial discipline, managing budgets and forecasts, and contributing to wider commercial strategy.

The assignment calls for deep experience in hotel finance, ideally from large luxury or upper-upscale properties. Prior exposure to international hotel brands, owner-side reporting, asset management communication, cost optimisation, and improving GOP performance will be an advantage.

Key Requirements

• Recent or current experience leading finance as a Director of Finance in a hotel setting
• Background in luxury, upper-upscale, or large internationally branded hotels
• Experience in the UAE or broader GCC region is preferred
• Strong capability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to support operational decisions
