Job description
Role overview
Amp11 is forming the Frontline Circle, a hands-on group of field operators, culture builders, and people-focused leaders who will help introduce CAIT, the AI shift manager, during a real-world pilot in restaurants. This is an active field role rather than an advisory one, and you will be working alongside operational leaders as the product is tested and refined.
What the role is about
The opportunity is designed for someone who wants to influence how the future of work takes shape on the frontline. The work is field-based and may involve some travel, with the goal of supporting pilot operators and helping bring the tool to life in actual shifts.
Who this is for
- People who want to help build the future of work instead of only observing it.
- Leaders who care about workplace culture and believe the employee experience can be improved.
- Professionals with restaurant experience in QSR, fast casual, or full-service environments, especially those who have held management duties.
- Individuals who feel energized by frontline environments and want to see what purpose-built field tools can do for shift teams.
Optional advantage
Candidates who have direct operational involvement, such as owning a restaurant that could serve as a pilot site or having operators in their network who may want to try CAIT first, may bring additional value. This is not required, but it could give you a stronger role in shaping the program.
What you will do
- Work with pilot operators in the field to launch CAIT and make it part of daily operations.
- Promote CAIT with shift leaders and crew members by explaining it clearly, coaching adoption, and building trust on the floor.
- Bring feedback from frontline teams back to the internal team so the product improves week by week.
- Represent Amp11 as a trusted frontline voice at industry events and conferences.
Engagement details
This is a part-time contract engagement. The work is field-based and may require travel.
Compensation and support
- Competitive pay is offered.
- A stipend is included.
- Business-related travel expenses are covered.
Why this opportunity stands out
You will have a front-row view of a new category being created around frontline operating leverage, along with the chance to improve work for the people who keep restaurants running while also supporting EBITDA growth.
