The Director of Corporate Strategy will play a vital role in defining and accelerating the company's growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of corporate strategy initiatives aligned with long-term growth objectives.
- Manage strategic projects focused on market growth, portfolio management, business transformation, and competitor evaluation.
- Collaborate across different business units to ensure that strategies complement broader corporate goals.
- Support corporate development efforts such as mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.
- Develop detailed business cases, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and formulate strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Prepare and deliver high-level presentations to executive teams and board members covering strategic initiatives and company performance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in strategic roles, including at least 2 years at a top strategy consulting firm.
- Preferred MBA; a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering is required.
- Background preferred in consumer goods, retail, analytics, software, or business intelligence sectors.
- Exceptional skills in strategic planning, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-departmental projects and influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience assessing strategic deals, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, or joint ventures.
- Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for executive and board-level interaction.
