Role Overview

The Director of Business Development is a full-time position operating remotely, tasked with spearheading growth strategies and forming strategic alliances for NeuroPraxis. The role centers on initiating new business ventures, identifying referral channels, and building partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, case managers, and community stakeholders. Responsibilities encompass managing the sales pipeline, leading lead generation efforts, and directing outreach campaigns to elevate the program's visibility. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, the director develops business strategies, evaluates market opportunities, and fine-tunes offerings based on feedback. Additionally, the role oversees contract negotiations, manages key accounts, and ensures all efforts align with NeuroPraxis's mission of delivering client-centered rehabilitation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven success in generating new business and expanding partnerships within healthcare or related sectors.
  • Expertise in business planning including market research, strategic formulation, and growth prediction.
  • Skilled in negotiating contracts particularly with healthcare entities, payers, and similar organizations.
  • Strong account management skills to maintain productive, long-lasting relationships.
  • Experience or familiarity with healthcare, rehabilitation services, or complex care, preferably linked to TBI/SCI.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities suited for diverse clinical and administrative audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership capacity with experience mentoring and collaborating across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or equivalent; an advanced degree is beneficial.
  • Ability to effectively work independently in a remote work setting with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
