About the Role

Concord Preparatory School, located in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a results-oriented Director of Admissions to lead efforts in student recruitment and enrollment growth within Irvine and the greater Orange County region. This leadership role carries significant influence, managing the entire admissions funnel and fostering community partnerships to support consistent enrollment advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete admissions process from initial inquiry to application, enrollment, and matriculation.
• Design and implement strategic recruitment plans targeting local student populations to boost enrollment.
• Establish and nurture collaborations with area schools, enrichment programs, and parent groups.
• Represent the school at various community functions including events and outreach activities.
• Organize and manage admissions-related events such as open houses, campus tours, and informational sessions.
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to develop regionally focused campaigns and communications.
• Monitor admissions metrics, analyze data, and optimize conversion rates continuously.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to over 5 years’ experience in a Director of Admissions role, preferably at private high schools.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding enrollment goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities emphasizing relationship building.
• Experienced in community outreach, local recruitment, and cultivating school partnerships.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and data analysis for reporting and decision-making.
• Capable of blending strategic oversight with practical execution.
• Strong dedication to education and student engagement.
