BRUNOCO LLC is a privately held holding and management company based in Orlando, Florida. Currently led by the CEO and Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, the company is expanding its team by onboarding new leadership. BRUNOCO's portfolio includes Veterans Nexus Institute, Neoteric Medical, Modern Creation Home (soon to launch), Pocket Gorilla Productions / Gorilla Troop Records, Ryan K Hamilton Fashion, and the upcoming Bioneera.
Role Overview
The Director of Administration position blends executive assistance, operations oversight, business administration, and project management functions. The role involves working closely with both founders to coordinate priorities, implement projects, refine internal processes, and establish the operational framework of BRUNOCO.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and follow-ups for executives.
- Deliver executive-level administrative support to the founders.
- Guard the executives' time and prioritize their commitments.
- Coordinate projects across various portfolio companies.
- Create and enhance standard operating procedures and operational workflows.
- Manage vendor relationships and explore outsourcing options.
- Support QuickBooks Online accounting activities.
- Communicate with the CPA for financial synchronization.
- Keep track of invoices, expenses, contracts, and relevant documentation.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring processes.
- Investigate software, AI technologies, and business tools to optimize growth.
- Contribute to scaling BRUNOCO alongside portfolio expansion.
Candidate Profile
While a bachelor's degree is appreciated, it is not a strict requirement. Candidates with substantial professional experience showcasing outstanding organizational, administrative, operational, or business management capabilities will be equally considered. Key valued traits include strong character, sound judgment, proactiveness, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
