The position blends strategy with hands-on ownership of marketing technology and operational workflows, with a strong emphasis on automation, scalability, and measurable performance. It is a remote-first opportunity and requires close collaboration with teams across marketing, analytics, product, and engineering.

You will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the marketing technology environment, improving website and email operations, and building efficient processes that support growth. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys combining technical problem-solving, performance optimization, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-moving setting.

Core accountabilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee a scalable marketing technology stack that may include automation tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management infrastructure.
  • Manage website and email operations end to end, with attention to delivery performance, optimization, reliability, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Create and refine workflows, automation, and operating procedures that make marketing execution faster, more consistent, and easier to scale.
  • Set direction for SEO, site structure, and performance initiatives that support organic traffic growth, engagement, and conversion improvement.
  • Assess, choose, and connect new marketing tools, while handling vendor partnerships and ensuring each system delivers dependable value.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering stakeholders to turn business needs into practical technical solutions and enablement programs.

Experience and requirements

  • You should have at least 10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or digital marketing, ideally within SaaS, B2B, or other high-growth digital businesses.
  • Hands-on experience building and expanding martech ecosystems, including platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager, is expected.
  • Strong working knowledge of website operations, CMS platforms, email systems, and marketing automation is important for success in this role.
  • A solid understanding of SEO, site architecture, and organic growth methods, along with a data-led optimization mindset, is required.
  • You should be comfortable analyzing performance data and turning findings into clear, practical actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are needed, especially the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing compliance, data privacy expectations, and best practices in digital operations is also important.

Benefits and compensation

  • Compensation includes a salary range of $180,000 to $200,000, plus an annual performance bonus.
  • The package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • A 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching is offered.
  • Work is fully remote, with flexibility across eligible U.S. states.
  • Employees receive home office equipment support and a monthly technology stipend.
  • There is flexible PTO along with 13 paid company holidays each year.
  • The company also holds an annual offsite and team-focused events.
  • Professional development, training, and career growth support are included.
  • The culture is described as inclusive, remote-first, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement.
