Role Responsibilities

  • Create and implement the IT strategy for the business unit aligned with group IT objectives, upholding governance, service level agreements, and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate closely with Group IT to deploy hotel systems, operational technologies, and enterprise architecture projects aimed at innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure IT infrastructure and systems are secure, scalable, reliable, and continuously enhanced to support business operations and growth plans.
  • Serve as the primary contact with Group IT for business requirements, escalation management, and swift resolution of critical IT challenges.
  • Oversee prompt and effective IT support for employees and guests, maintaining high service levels, business continuity, and user satisfaction.
  • Lead and nurture the IT team through coaching, performance management, and career development, while providing strategic IT leadership within the business unit.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Hold a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or an equivalent certification.
  • A Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields is desirable.
  • Bring over 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
  • Experience within the hospitality sector or leading blue-chip companies is preferred.
  • Expert knowledge in IT infrastructure, system management, and support operations.
