The position focuses on growing public sector business in Saudi Arabia through strategy, stakeholder engagement, solution development, and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen relationships with important public sector stakeholders across federal, state, and local bodies in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify and engage relevant ecosystem partners such as issuers, program managers, processors, and fintech companies to strengthen government solution offerings.
  • Design and deliver sales plans and account strategies that improve sales volume, expand market share, raise product visibility, and support company objectives.
  • Gather local use cases and market requirements in KSA and share them with the solutions team for roadmap planning.
  • Own progress against KSA VGS scorecard targets and performance measures.
  • Work in close coordination with the KSA Country Manager to ensure alignment with local strategy and business priorities.
  • Build and maintain detailed KPI and performance reports to track commercial progress and ensure accountability for results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Government Engagement, to align outreach plans, audience education, and engagement strategy for decision-makers and influencers.
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to strengthen Visa’s positioning as a payments leader and trusted resource for government agencies in KSA.
  • Support RFP preparation and responses, and monitor program performance after launch.
  • Continuously assess the competitive and market environment and propose creative ways to grow the business.
  • Resolve complex issues that affect government sales execution and overall business direction.
  • Report to the Head of Government Solutions GCC to ensure regional alignment and consistency with broader objectives.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role. The exact in-office schedule will be confirmed by the hiring manager. Visa’s expectation is a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

  • Experience presenting confidently and effectively to senior leadership.
  • Track record of implementing strategic initiatives with professionalism, efficiency, and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of public-sector payments infrastructure is an advantage.
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills for working across functions to deliver projects and engagements.
