Position Overview

This role involves leading the execution and operational scaling of innovative healthcare initiatives centered on GLP-1 therapies and cardiometabolic health. The Director will translate strategic objectives into well-defined projects, ensuring cross-departmental alignment among clinical, product, engineering, commercial, and operational teams in a dynamic digital health setting. The goal is to enhance healthcare delivery and produce significant outcomes for patients and customers through effective program leadership and process innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior executives to design operational rhythms, communication protocols, and cooperation frameworks for GLP-1 and cardiometabolic health programs.
  • Enhance processes, develop tools, and optimize workflows that facilitate efficient project execution across multidisciplinary teams including product, clinical, data science, engineering, marketing, and sales.
  • Drive program implementation by breaking down strategic goals into concise roadmaps, scheduling, responsibility assignments, and quantifiable targets.
  • Monitor program effectiveness using key performance indicators such as patient outcomes, engagement levels, operational productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Create reporting systems and dashboards that offer leadership clear insights into progress, risks, opportunities, and overall business metrics.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at process optimization, workflow automation, and operational improvements to support scalable healthcare solutions.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental teams to resolve obstacles, maintain alignment, and ensure timely delivery of programs.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success units to aid market rollout and client-related activities.
  • Maintain continuous feedback channels with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather insights and facilitate program enhancements.
  • Stay well-informed on current trends in GLP-1 therapy, obesity treatment, digital health technologies, and cardiometabolic markets to guide impactful decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of responsibility, collaboration, innovation, and continuous progress to strengthen team performance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 10 to 12 years' experience in digital health, healthcare technology, healthcare services, or related fields.
  • At least 3 to 5 years managing complex programs, operational strategies, or cross-functional projects within fast-paced or evolving businesses.
  • Proven ability to create and implement operational processes, align diverse teams, and lead execution without direct authority over company strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in developing performance metrics, monitoring KPIs, and leveraging data to spot opportunities and risks.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of distilling complex details for both operational teams and executive leadership.
  • Experience with digital health products, virtual care platforms, or chronic disease management initiatives.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with cardiometabolic health, obesity care, or GLP-1 treatment approaches is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in uncertain environments with shifting priorities and adaptable business requirements.
  • Sound judgment with the capability to balance decision speed, quality, and business impact.
  • Proactive, solution-driven mindset combined with ownership mentality and excellent collaboration skills.

Compensation Details

  • Base salary range for California, New York State, and Washington State: $194,120 - $242,650 annually.
  • Base salary range for Colorado: $185,680 - $232,100 annually.
  • Additional compensation may include annual cash bonuses and equity grants.
  • Final compensation package is determined based on individual skills, experience, and company considerations.
