Job description
Role Overview
This position is for an experienced Global Supply Chain Director who will lead and refine supply chain activity across international markets. The role is centered on creating a dependable, efficient worldwide network that brings together procurement, planning, and logistics.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute global supply chain plans that align with business expansion goals.
- Manage the full flow of operations, from sourcing and demand planning through to distribution.
- Improve operational performance, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness across the supply chain.
- Guide and grow teams working across several regions.
- Develop strong working relationships with international suppliers and important internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain dependable service standards and on-time delivery across all geographies.
- Spot supply chain risks early and put practical mitigation measures in place.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, or a closely related field.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience, with leadership exposure in global settings.
- Solid knowledge of international supply chain operations and logistics.
- A proven track record in improving processes and controlling costs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
