- Set up payroll, manage local compliance needs, and build the operational framework required in each location.
- Guide a team of Business Operations Partners and ensure their work stays aligned and execution remains strong.
- Handle relationships with external vendors, service providers, and other operational partners, balancing quality and cost.
- Assist with recruiting operations, including recruiter onboarding and hiring-process coordination.
- Organize company offsites, events, and the logistics that support internal operations.

- Demonstrated success managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, functions, and regions.
- Excellent organization, strong attention to detail, and disciplined execution habits.
- Clear ownership mindset with the ability to move initiatives independently from idea to completion.
- Working knowledge of recruiting, finance, legal, HR, and administrative operations.
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort making decisions in uncertain or rapidly changing situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working alongside leadership teams.
- Ability to juggle several priorities at once without compromising standards.
- Comfort working in a high-growth setting with intense pace and high expectations.
- Experience in startups, scaling organizations, or international operations is a strong advantage.
Benefits and highlights
- Competitive compensation consistent with senior operational leadership positions.
- Direct exposure to founders and executive leaders on high-impact work.
- High-autonomy role with meaningful influence on global operations and company scaling.
- Hands-on involvement in international expansion, including entity setup and market entry.
- Fast-moving, performance-driven environment with substantial decision-making responsibility.
- Opportunity to design and improve foundational operating systems from the ground up.
- Work with a strong, collaborative team that values speed, excellence, and execution.
- Real impact on the growth path of an advanced AI company.
