Job description

Role overview

We are hiring a Vehicles Specialist in Tallinn to help keep the Bolt Drive fleet in excellent condition and ready for customers. This is a full-time on-site role for someone who enjoys cars, being outdoors, and working in a fast-moving environment.

The position includes a gross monthly salary of €1200, along with bonuses and overtime pay. Evening, night, and weekend shifts may be part of the schedule, so flexibility is important.

About the company

Bolt operates in more than 50 countries and serves over 200 million customers across Europe and Africa. The company aims to build cities designed for people rather than cars, and values an inclusive workplace where people are welcomed regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.

What the role involves

Your main purpose will be to keep Bolt Drive vehicles available, road-ready, and in good condition for users. You will move vehicles where needed, handle refueling and charging, inspect cars for damage, and ensure that every car is equipped with the required items.

Responsibilities

  • Keep Bolt Drive vehicles clean, fuelled, and prepared for customer use.
  • Inspect vehicles regularly and record any fresh damage or other problems.
  • Move cars to maintenance or repair locations when required.
  • Check that each vehicle carries the necessary equipment.
  • Relocate cars to locations that better serve customer demand.
  • Support vehicle cleaning tasks when needed.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about cars and driving, has a valid driving licence, and can navigate efficiently using a strong sense of direction. Good geographical awareness is an advantage when planning routes.

You should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to think fast when situations change unexpectedly. A positive, persistent attitude is important, along with fluent Estonian for communication with police and repair shops.

Prior experience is helpful, but the key qualities are motivation, intelligence, and integrity. Even if you do not match every requirement, you are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Perks and benefits

  • Play a visible part in how the future of mobility is built.
  • Work alongside highly capable people in fast-paced teams.
  • Grow professionally through unique career development opportunities.
  • Receive Bolt credits for free scooter rides and ride-hailing services.
  • Join team events and connect with colleagues.
  • Some benefits can vary by location and role.

Additional information

This is a full-time position based in Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia. The role is best suited to someone comfortable with outdoor work and irregular shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

The opportunity is open to candidates who are legally able to work in Estonia and who can meet the driving and language requirements described above.

Leave it if you'd like a reply — we won't use it for anything else.
