Role Summary

We are seeking a Director-level professional based in Germany to expand and strengthen our operations in the German market. This role involves leading engagements with private equity funds and portfolio companies, combining strategic insight with hands-on client management. It represents a significant opportunity for a proactive individual passionate about driving business growth and delivering client impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital, technological, and data due diligence for private equity clients during buy- and sell-side transactions.
• Evaluate digital business frameworks, tech platforms, and data capabilities to uncover growth potential and assess risks.
• Create and execute digital value creation strategies for portfolio companies post-acquisition.
• Assist private equity clients in developing compelling digital equity narratives and growth initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor consulting teams while providing high-caliber insights to senior leadership.
• Drive business development efforts and thought leadership initiatives to enhance the firm’s profile in Germany.

Candidate Profile

• Between 6 and 12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, digital consulting, or transaction advisory roles.
• Extensive experience with private equity engagements, digital due diligence, and technology-led value creation.
• Proficient in analyzing digital business models, platforms, and technology ecosystems.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including PE partners and portfolio company executives.
• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial approach and enthusiasm for scaling business operations.
