Role Overview
A prominent UAE-based professional services firm seeks a Director to spearhead and expand its DIFC & ADGM Advisory and Corporate Services division.
Key Duties
- Lead business development and growth initiatives related to DIFC and ADGM sectors.
- Establish and nurture connections with regulatory bodies including DIFC, ADGM, DFSA, FSRA, as well as with primary clients such as family offices, investment entities, and law practices.
- Manage corporate services encompassing tax, compliance, and advisory assignments.
- Assume accountability for revenue goals and serve as the firm's representative at industry forums.
Required Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of DIFC and ADGM regulatory frameworks, with added advantage for experience involving DFSA and FSRA.
- Proficiency in corporate structuring, international taxation, family office management, governance, and anti-money laundering protocols.
- A well-established professional network within the DIFC and ADGM ecosystems.
