Role overview

Accountabilities

• Direct and deliver corporate-level programs that support organizational strategy and ensure consistent execution across business units and care operations.
• Work with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to design, sharpen, and roll out strategic plans and performance structures.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives, using data and insights to strengthen efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.
• Manage major projects and transformation efforts while keeping schedules, budgets, and performance goals on track.
• Support governance, reporting, and executive-level communications so leadership has the information needed to make sound decisions.
• Help foster accountability, teamwork, and a continuous-improvement mindset across both corporate and field teams.

Requirements

• Deep experience in corporate strategy, healthcare operations, consulting, or large-scale leadership roles.
• Proven success leading cross-functional work in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong ability to interpret data, turn findings into strategy, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including direct exposure to senior executives.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA, MHA, or similar advanced qualification is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership strength, including influencing without direct authority and driving change across the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well in a mission-driven, high-pace environment.
