Overview

An established specialist technology platform is hiring a Director of Airline Commercial Development to strengthen its commercial team. The position is centered on accelerating customer expansion, deepening strategic partnerships, and contributing to the ongoing commercial evolution of a market-facing solution.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive commercial presentations and solution-focused discussions for prospective customers.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are reflected in product development priorities.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in a demanding B2B environment, ideally within aviation, leasing, or data-led commercial operations.
  • A track record in commercial development, client engagement, or revenue-generating growth roles.
  • Strong sales capability, or equivalent commercial target-driven experience, specifically involving airlines, along with a well-developed airline network.
  • Good knowledge of fleet economics, maintenance planning, and the factors that influence asset value.
  • A proactive, resilient approach and the ability to perform in a fast-moving entrepreneurial setting.
