About the Role
Join Nestlé Professional’s Channel Sales & Coffee Operations (CS&CO) team, specializing in Out of Home beverage solutions with brands like STARBUCKS, NESCAFÉ, and SEATTLE’S BEST COFFEE. This full-time, field-based position is ideally located around Chester, covering the Merseyside, Cheshire, and North Wales regions. The role focuses on supporting Direct To Consumer (D2C) coffee operations, ensuring top-notch in-store execution and driving coffee solutions growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal working condition of Nestlé Professional D2C coffee machines, minimizing downtime.
- Accurately manage and verify stock counts at all customer locations; monitor discrepancies, analyze trends, and initiate timely corrective actions.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently delivered across all D2C sites; respond to audit results, customer feedback, and performance gaps.
- Coach on proper machine cleaning routines; monitor adherence and intervene as needed. Support machine uptime through basic troubleshooting and escalation.
- Accurately report field activities using Project MORE systems; utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners impacting performance delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Proven success in sales support or operations roles with strong interpersonal and communication aptitude.
- Highly organized, self-motivated with a positive mindset.
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently and handling ambiguous situations while contributing to team efforts.
- Capability to deliver and sustain consistent performance through others.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade audiences.
- Effective problem-solving and planning skills; ability to manage fluctuating workloads under pressure.
- Must hold a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel to client locations across the assigned regions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary approximately £31,000, adjusted based on experience.
