About the Role

This opportunity is with Nestlé Professional's Channel Sales & Coffee Operations (CS&CO) team, situated in the South West of England, ideally based from Bristol or the Reading area. This role supports the direct-to-consumer (D2C) segment, focusing on delivering high-quality coffee solutions across various customer sites. CS&CO operates in the out-of-home beverage market offering brands like STARBUCKS, NESCAFÉ, and SEATTLE'S BEST COFFEE with a mission to accelerate profitable growth for Nestlé by enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain operational readiness of Nestlé Professional D2C coffee machines with minimal downtime.
  • Ensure precise and compliant stock counts at customer locations, analyze discrepancies, identify trends, and drive corrective measures promptly.
  • Consistently uphold Nestlé Professional brand standards across all D2C sites by addressing audit results, feedback, and execution deficiencies.
  • Coach customers on proper cleaning procedures, monitor non-compliance, provide support for machine uptime through basic troubleshooting, and escalate issues effectively.
  • Accurately report all field activities using Project MORE systems and utilize data insights to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners influencing operational performance.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales support or operations roles with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, motivation, and a positive approach to work.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience participating in cross-functional teams and managing senior-level relationships.
  • Confident working both autonomously and collaboratively in ambiguous or changing environments.
  • Skilled in guiding others to achieve consistent performance and targets.
  • Effective presenter with strong influencing and persuasion skills.
  • Competent in problem solving and planning, capable of handling varying workloads under pressure.
