Overview
Ascent Career Analytics Private Limited is seeking a Direct Sales Leader to manage and expand its agency channel operations based in Pune. This role focuses on nurturing top-performing life insurance advisors, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop relationships with leading Advisors including MDRT, COT, TOT, and other high performers to sustain business growth and retention.
- Promote sales, customer servicing, advisor engagement, and overall productivity within the agency network.
- Attract new high-potential advisors, dedicating roughly 40% effort to onboarding top-tier advisors.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with both existing and potential advisors.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and activation of advisors.
- Maintain steady advisor performance, uphold excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Should not exceed 52 years of age.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales.
- Proven annual business accomplishment of at least ₹40 Lakhs in the previous year.
- Extensive experience working with MDRT, COT, TOT, and other influential advisors.
- Strong communication skills along with effective relationship management and sales capabilities.
