- Hourly rate of $63.89 plus superannuation for all rostered shift hours.
- Shift pattern: 7 days on, 7 days off, with 12.5-hour day shifts only, Wednesday through Tuesday.

The mining operation is located approximately 200 kilometers from Mackay, offering a promising opportunity to be part of a respected organization known for supplying premium quality coal.
Role Responsibilities
As a Dipper situated in the Drill & Blast team at the coal mine located in the Collinsville area, your key function will be to support the appointed shotfirers in all blasting operations. The position requires working 12.5-hour day shifts on a continuous 7/7 roster from Wednesday to Tuesday. Candidates from both daily incoming, daily outgoing (DIDO) and residential backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated prior experience as a Dipper in a coal mining environment.
- Possession of a current Standard 11 safety certification and Coal Board Medical, or willingness to obtain these credentials.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical examination as well as a drug and alcohol screening.
- Must have a valid Social Security Account Number, a current driver's license, and lawful working rights in Australia.
