The employer is a construction and engineering company engaged in large infrastructure projects across Queensland and New South Wales, servicing sectors such as roads, rail, water, aviation, mining, and urban development.
Role Overview
This position involves working Monday to Friday, with shifts spanning 8 to 9 hours starting at 6:30 AM. Responsibilities include:
- Operating rollers including padfoot and smooth drum types
- Spotting machinery for safe operation
- Conducting grade checking activities
- Maintaining cleanliness on site
- Performing general laboring tasks
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a valid Roller Ticket (RII certification)
- Prior experience operating rollers within civil construction environments
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- White Card certification
