Job description
Role overview
Parfums Christian Dior is looking for a Dior Ambassador to join the beauty team at Pearsons in Enfield. This position is for 30 hours per week and is centered on delivering an elevated client journey while representing the Dior brand, its image, and its values with consistency and polish.
Within this House of Dreams, the aim is to help advance Dior’s ambition to be the most coveted beauty house in the world, known for French luxury, joy, and hope. The role is expected to reflect the six core values of the brand: creating passionately, crafting with joy, excelling for ultimate luxury, leading with audacity, cultivating inclusive excellence, and committing to re-enchanting the world.
What you will do
You will act as a beauty consultant and brand ambassador, promoting Dior with enthusiasm and maintaining the Dior attitude in every interaction. The role combines selling, client development, and operational support, with a strong focus on premium service and sales performance.
- Drive sales in store and remotely, including personal shopper-style support where needed.
- Guide clients through the full selling journey using the Dior D.I.O.R. approach.
- Welcome customers proactively, both at counter and through active outreach.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
- Present complementary and cross-category products to create a complete beauty recommendation.
- Educate clients confidently about the brand and its products.
- Work toward retail sales goals and monthly counter KPIs.
- Build lasting relationships with existing clients in store and remotely.
- Attract new customers through genuine, human interaction.
- Capture client details in the relevant system and support CRM/clienteling activity.
- Use Dior tools and content, including Dior Connect and Ipos, to support traffic, loyalty, and follow-up actions.
- Follow merchandising standards and maintain the presentation of the counter.
- Track stock levels, flag shortages, and replenish displays when required.
- Handle cash register duties and end-of-day revenue closure where applicable.
- Complete operational and administrative tasks assigned to the role.
- Maintain strong working relationships with retail partners and counter colleagues.
- Adhere to attendance, punctuality, grooming, and house rules.
Profile and experience
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail or a service-focused role, preferably within luxury retail, with a track record of strong sales results. Experience of around 1 to 2 years is preferred, subject to local adaptation.
You should be comfortable working with modern tools and open to learning new technologies quickly. The role also calls for strong judgement, collaboration, and a client-first mindset.
Values and behaviour
Dior places strong emphasis on inclusivity, respect, and valuing different backgrounds and perspectives. The working culture is built on daily practice of inclusion, not just principle, and applicants who need reasonable adjustments during the process are encouraged to mention this in their application.
Recruitment process
Applications are reviewed by a recruiter first. If your profile matches what the hiring team is looking for, you will be invited to an initial HR interview. Successful candidates then proceed to in-person interviews with the Hiring Manager and the Team Leader. The process may be adjusted depending on business needs.
Internal applicants
If you are already employed by LVMH, you are expected to apply through the internal job board instead of the external process.
