Digital Transformation Manager / Transformation Consultant / Business Transformation Director

Role overview

This is a full-time role based in Singapore with a hybrid setup that allows partial work-from-home flexibility. The position focuses on leading digital and business transformation programs from discovery through delivery, helping clients reshape their operating models, processes, and technology landscape.

What you will do

You will evaluate the current state of business and technology environments, define the desired future state, and build practical roadmaps for execution. The role calls for working closely with stakeholders to clarify strategic priorities, running diagnostic reviews and feasibility studies, and ranking transformation initiatives based on measurable business value.

You will also help shape and validate solution approaches using design thinking, partner with teams across technology, operations, data, and product, and oversee implementation so that work stays aligned with timelines, budgets, and compliance expectations. In addition, you will monitor key transformation metrics, manage dependencies and risks, prepare senior-management reports and presentations, and support thought leadership, proposals, and business development efforts.

Required background

The role calls for strong experience in digital transformation, especially in modernizing processes, platforms, and operating models. You should bring solid analytical capability to interpret complex information and support evidence-based decisions, along with consulting experience that includes stakeholder handling, facilitation, and presenting recommendations to leadership.

Hands-on design thinking exposure is important, including discovery sessions, journey mapping, and solution brainstorming. A strong record in business transformation, especially across multi-phase programs with measurable results, will be valuable. Experience in large enterprise settings such as banking, insurance, life sciences, FMCG, or manufacturing is considered an advantage. Clear communication and presentation skills are essential, particularly the ability to explain technical ideas in business terms.

Education

A bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree is required.
