The role is focused on expanding digital revenue, elevating customer experience, and ensuring strong governance across owned and non-owned channels. This position acts as the main owner of digital product performance and is expected to bring scale, consistency, and consumer-first thinking into every initiative.

What you'll do

  • Build and deliver the digital product roadmap in line with business and brand priorities.
  • Coordinate timely launches and adoption of new digital assets across multiple markets.
  • Strike the right balance between global consistency and local market requirements.
  • Take ownership of digital revenue goals, conversion metrics, and growth KPIs.
  • Lift conversion rates, average cheque value, and user engagement across digital platforms.
  • Improve owned and non-owned digital touchpoints to support the wider sales plan.
  • Lead customer-led experience design, prototyping, and experimentation.
  • Continuously enhance apps, web, and kiosk journeys through A/B testing.
  • Maintain a consistent, high-quality digital experience across all markets.
  • Translate digital data into practical insights for Marketing, Operations, and Business teams.
  • Share weekly performance updates against targets covering revenue, traffic, and adoption.
  • Use insights to improve campaign effectiveness, menu mix, promotions, and loyalty outcomes.
  • Work closely with Product, Tech, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Manage external vendors and technology partners to secure quality delivery on schedule.

Experience and education

  • A B.Tech or MBA from a Tier-I institute is required.
  • 12 to 15 years of experience in digital product management or eCommerce is expected.
  • At least 2 to 3 years should be in a Product Head or Product Lead capacity within a Tier-1 FoodTech or eCommerce environment.
  • Hands-on ownership of digital revenue streams worth USD 100M+ is required.
  • Prior experience managing platforms across multiple countries, currencies, and languages is needed.
  • A track record of delivering consumer digital applications rated 4.5 stars or higher is expected.

Tools and systems

The role requires familiarity with product analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics 4, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL on Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. Experience with experimentation and personalization tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, server-side experimentation, feature flagging, and recommendation engines is also important. You should understand app performance and attribution tools including Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, New Relic, and Datadog RUM. Knowledge of engagement, CRM, and loyalty platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, TreasureData, Segment, and mParticle is valuable, along with voice-of-customer and UX research tools such as Hotjar, Contentsquare, FullStory, LogRocket, and app store review analysis.

Skills and working style

  • Strong product thinking with a commercial lens, including revenue, margin, and unit economics.
  • Ability to define product vision and convert it into a quarterly roadmap with measurable outcomes.
  • Skilled at prioritizing work using RICE, ICE, weighted scoring, and similar frameworks.
  • Comfortable moving quickly from insight to launch and then to iteration.
  • Solid business judgement, including P&L awareness, business case building, and investment trade-offs.
  • Confident with vendor, agency, and platform partner negotiations.
  • Strong project management instincts with attention to risk, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience operating in a fast-moving, highly accountable, matrixed setup spanning global and local teams.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct reporting lines.
  • Clear, structured communication for executive, board, and technical audiences.
  • Data-driven storytelling and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop product teams and coach PMs and analysts.
  • Comfort working across multi-market, multi-language environments with cultural sensitivity.
  • Customer-focused mindset with close attention to users, store teams, and frontline operators.
