We emphasize a culture of continuous learning, genuine career advancement, and fostering an environment where employee contributions have a meaningful impact.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & Website Specialist to join our team in Sandyford, Dublin. This hybrid role involves four days onsite and one day remote per week, requiring a candidate capable of autonomous execution from start to finish. The role blends website management, SEO, paid search, digital marketing, and brand growth, with a particular focus on organic expansion and search visibility supported by paid search efforts. Candidates should present a portfolio demonstrating successful past results and be comfortable both attending industry events and appearing on camera as a company representative. The role will evolve as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement SEO and AI-based search optimizations to increase organic inquiries, regularly publishing blogs and articles for SEO enhancement.
  • Oversee website technical performance, ensuring fast page speed, mobile responsiveness, and resolving broken links.
  • Conduct conversion rate optimization by testing and refining website pages and forms to enhance inquiry-to-lead conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy, and budget management.
  • Handle Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager setups to monitor tracking and generate performance reports.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent social media publication on platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to uphold brand reputation.
  • Create content such as blogs, email marketing campaigns, and promotional collateral like leaflets and brochures.
  • Provide reports on marketing activities and key performance indicators, correlating campaigns to inquiries and leads generated.
  • Attend events to capture photo and video content, including on-camera appearances to present for social media channels.

Candidate Profile

  • Applicants must include a portfolio with measurable results demonstrating their digital marketing impact.
  • Passion for digital marketing and brand development, reflected through high-quality, consistent prior work.
  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar field.
  • At least two years of relevant hands-on experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in Wix, social media campaign management, and SEO strategies.
  • Experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and budgets.
  • Competent in Google Analytics (GA4) and tracking implementation.
  • Confident in public representation with on-camera presentation skills.
  • Basic competencies in photography, videography, and content post-production for event coverage.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing projects independently.
  • Must currently have the legal right to work in Ireland.
