Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Digital Marketing Trainer who has a strong passion for hands-on digital marketing execution. This position goes beyond conventional lectures by focusing on practical training through live campaign setups, interactive workshops, and real-time ad executions targeted at students, fresh graduates, and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct practical training covering performance marketing and paid ads including Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Video), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and optionally TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Guide learners on SEO strategies, technical SEO audits, keyword research using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush, Google Search Console, and analytics setup via GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Train on e-commerce growth tactics using Shopify and WooCommerce, product feed optimization, Amazon PPC, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Instruct on organic social media strategies, content planning, influencer marketing, and creative tools such as Canva and AI content generators.
  • Engage students through interactive, workshop-style sessions with a 70% focus on practical application and 30% on theory.
  • Facilitate live campaign execution where participants create and manage ad campaigns, budgets, and evaluate campaign ROI.
  • Review assignments, analyze campaign reports, offer personalized feedback and career mentorship including mock interviews and resume evaluation.
  • Maintain and update course materials to stay aligned with industry trends, algorithm changes, and innovations like AI copy tools and ad automation.
  • Assign and oversee real-world capstone projects such as developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for local businesses or e-commerce entities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in agencies, brands, or freelance roles managing performance marketing, SEO, and e-commerce operations.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Shopify, and WordPress platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse learners.
  • Strong passion for mentorship with patience and the ability to build student confidence.
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional certifications such as Google Search/Display Ads and Meta Marketing Associate certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a trainer, workshop facilitator, or public speaker.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
  • Understanding of growth hacking methods and lead nurturing funnels.
