Educational Counsellor - Digital Marketing

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic Senior Digital Marketing Education Counsellor to join our team in Kolkata. This role involves engaging with prospective students and entrepreneurs to showcase how digital marketing skills can advance their careers. The position requires a combination of telephonic counseling and on-site interaction at our center to drive enrollments for our premium digital marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads via phone to understand their career aspirations and effectively present our Digital Marketing programs as tailored career solutions.
• Encourage prospective candidates to visit our center for face-to-face counseling and successfully convert inquiries into admissions.
• Systematically follow up with leads, address queries, and resolve any hesitations or objections that may arise during the enrollment process.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets to maximize incentive earnings.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• A highly motivated and dynamic individual with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, Social Media, and online advertising to communicate with confidence and credibility.
• Demonstrated history of success in B2C sales, tele-sales, or inside sales positions with proven conversion achievements.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 50,000, reflecting base pay plus performance-related incentives.
