Key accountabilities

- Track campaign results with analytics platforms, interpret performance data, and prepare reports on core marketing KPIs.
- Work with content, product, and development stakeholders to make sure SEO standards are built into digital assets.
- Set up and maintain tracking, tagging, and reporting systems with tools such as Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Assist with managing and optimizing content in enterprise CMS platforms so that it stays consistent and supports performance goals.
- Carry out competitor reviews and market research to spot growth opportunities and new trends.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of direct experience in digital marketing, ideally in a large agency or enterprise setting.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid media execution.
- Comfort using analytics and SEO platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Good understanding of web fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and technical SEO concepts.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools like Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio, plus familiarity with Power BI.
- Practical experience publishing or managing content in enterprise CMS tools such as WordPress, Umbraco, Kentico, Joomla, or similar.
- Strong analytical ability and the skill to convert data into clear marketing actions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with strong attention to detail and a results-focused mindset.
What you can expect
- The chance to contribute to meaningful, high-impact digital marketing work.
- Exposure to enterprise-grade marketing platforms, tools, and analytics environments.
- A collaborative workplace with a fast pace.
- Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities in digital marketing.
- Participation in cross-functional projects spanning SEO, content, and performance marketing.
- A flexible, dynamic culture centered on innovation and measurable outcomes.
Application and hiring process
The partner company manages all applications and the next steps in the process. Applications are reviewed through an AI-assisted matching workflow that ranks candidates against the role’s core requirements before a shortlist is shared with the hiring employer. Final decisions, interviews, and assessments are handled by the employer’s internal team.
Privacy and data processing
By applying, you consent to the processing of your personal data for candidacy evaluation and for sharing relevant information with the hiring employer. This processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing at any time.
AI tools may be used to support parts of the recruitment workflow, including resume review, application analysis, response assessment, and spotting possible inconsistencies or verification signals in submitted materials. These tools assist the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment, and the final hiring decision is always made by people.
