Digital Marketing Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Sales Manager to spearhead business development initiatives by generating new leads and selling our comprehensive digital marketing services. This role involves managing client interactions from initial contact to closing sales and maintaining excellent client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads via calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Promote and sell digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, and Branding.
• Understand customer needs to recommend effective marketing solutions.
• Lead sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage contract negotiations.
• Consistently meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up regularly with both new prospects and existing clients to nurture relationships.
• Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries and compile sales performance reports.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Hold at least a bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing sales.
• Exhibit strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Have solid knowledge of digital marketing services.
• Demonstrate the capability to work independently while achieving sales objectives.
• Experience with MS Office and CRM software is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000, depending on experience.
• Performance-based incentives and bonuses to reward achievements.
