Job description

Position Overview

Xite Realty is seeking a hands-on digital marketer to own day-to-day marketing execution with a strong emphasis on website updates, listing publication, thought leadership content, digital visibility, and brand consistency. This role is built for someone who can keep marketing projects moving, work comfortably in a CMS such as WordPress, and collaborate with internal teams and outside partners to get content published accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer who can write, organize, publish, manage projects, use AI tools thoughtfully, create simple visuals, and work independently without needing constant oversight. Web development or advanced design expertise is not required, but comfort using templates, managing digital assets, and coordinating with agencies or designers is important.

Website & Listing Management

  • Handle routine updates to the company website through WordPress or a comparable content management system.
  • Prepare listing pages from existing templates, enter listing information, route drafts for internal review, and publish approved material.
  • Support the full marketing cycle for active practice listings, including launch materials, website publication, email distribution, social promotion, buyer outreach support, listing revisions, status updates, and post-close content opportunities.
  • Organize listing-related assets such as teasers, summaries, buyer-facing documents, website pages, email announcements, NDA or data-room links, and internal tracking files.
  • Refresh website pages, team bios, service pages, insights, listings, and other digital content as needed.
  • Improve site structure by maintaining tags, categories, navigation, and internal linking.
  • Document and refine simple SOPs for listing publication, website updates, and marketing workflows.
  • Keep marketing information current in Salesforce, including leads, contacts, campaign activity, conference follow-up, referral sources, and other marketing data needed for organized decision-making.

Marketing Operations & Lead Management

This position helps connect marketing activity with lead handling and business development processes. It is not a Salesforce administrator role, but the person in it should understand how forms, campaigns, contact lists, automations, and CRM-connected workflows work together.

  • Help design, document, and improve lead-management flows from website forms, listing inquiries, conference activity, referral sources, email campaigns, social activity, and other inbound or outbound channels.
  • Partner with leadership and technical resources to make sure leads are captured, routed, categorized, followed up, and tracked correctly.
  • Spot ways to improve speed-to-lead and execution through forms, automation, campaign tracking, email sequences, task creation, segmentation, alerts, and reminders.
  • Organize and maintain marketing lists, audience segments, campaign lists, referral sources, buyer groups, seller prospects, conference contacts, and other relationship-based data.
  • Support campaigns and nurture programs by coordinating audiences, content, approvals, scheduling, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Maintain practical visibility into attribution, campaign performance, lead status, referral source, listing engagement, conference follow-up, and conversion activity.
  • Convert marketing and business needs into clear workflow requirements for internal stakeholders, Salesforce support, web vendors, or automation partners.

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Build and manage a steady content calendar covering insights, articles, market updates, listing-related content, and thought leadership.
  • Transform interviews, Q&A sessions, transcripts, notes, and leadership input into polished, useful content.
  • Use AI tools to draft, organize, repurpose, and improve content while preserving accuracy, tone, and brand standards.
  • Create content around key client questions and core service areas using a hub-and-spoke structure.
  • Keep the website refreshed so content stays timely and relevant.

Digital Presence & Reputation

  • Keep company details accurate across Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Glassdoor, review sites, and other important platforms.
  • Monitor and support online reputation, reviews, third-party profiles, and brand mentions.
  • Improve visibility in both traditional and AI-driven search by keeping digital content current, accurate, and well organized.
  • Structure website content so search engines and AI tools can easily understand the firm's services, listings, locations, specialties, and FAQs.
  • Maintain clear service pages, location pages, FAQ content, internal links, metadata, and reusable explanations for the company’s core offerings.

Templates, Design & Marketing Materials

  • Create simple marketing assets using Canva, Co-Pilot, Claude, Chat, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
  • Work from approved templates and brand standards for social posts, listing materials, email graphics, flyers, and related collateral.
  • Partner with external designers or agencies for more advanced design work, print-ready files, layout support, or overflow needs.
  • Maintain a well-organized library of templates, images, logos, bios, listing assets, and reusable content.

Vendor & Agency Coordination

  • Act as the primary day-to-day marketing contact for agencies, designers, web partners, printers, freelancers, and other vendors.
  • Provide organized copy, images, direction, and feedback so outside partners can work efficiently.
  • Track projects, gather approvals, and keep work from stalling because of missing details or unclear ownership.
  • Coordinate conference and event marketing, including tracking events, managing deadlines and deliverables, communicating with organizers, handling sponsorship or booth needs, and ensuring materials, signage, handouts, digital assets, and follow-up items are delivered on time.

Social Media & Distribution

  • Maintain a steady, professional presence on priority social channels, especially LinkedIn.
  • Repurpose listings, insights, leadership commentary, market observations, and company updates into short-form social content.
  • Create simple graphics, captions, and occasional video or visual content when useful.
  • Support social media as part of the broader role, while keeping the main focus on digital execution, content, website management, and marketing organization.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on basic marketing performance across website traffic, listing engagement, email campaigns, lead sources, content performance, social activity, and follow-up activity.
  • Use reporting to identify which content, campaigns, listings, geographies, specialties, or referral sources are generating meaningful results.
  • Maintain simple dashboards, scorecards, or recurring reports that help leadership understand marketing activity and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, communications, or a related role.
  • Comfort working in WordPress or another content management system.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading ability.
  • Ability to turn rough notes, transcripts, conversations, or bullet points into polished content.
  • Comfort using AI tools within a modern marketing workflow.
  • Basic design capability using Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Strong project management, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, vendors, deadlines, and internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and sound judgment around brand consistency.
  • Self-directed mindset with the ability to identify priorities and move work forward.

Preferred Experience

  • Background managing a website or blog.
  • Experience building content calendars and publishing recurring content.
  • Familiarity with SEO, AI search, digital reputation, or content strategy.
  • Experience handling social media for a business or professional brand.
  • Experience coordinating with agencies, designers, developers, printers, or freelancers.
  • Ability to produce simple video clips, graphics, or visual assets.
  • Experience creating templates, SOPs, or repeatable marketing processes.
  • Exposure to marketing operations, lead-management workflows, CRM-connected marketing, or campaign automation.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Account Engagement/Pardot, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Make, Gravity Forms, Elementor forms, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to think creatively about how forms, campaigns, automations, contact lists, and follow-up processes should connect.
  • Comfort partnering with technical teams to improve systems without needing to be a developer or Salesforce administrator.

Ideal Candidate

Xite is looking for someone who is curious, organized, digitally savvy, and eager to learn the business. Industry background is not required. The company values a candidate who is fast-moving, adaptable, and comfortable using modern marketing tools over someone with a perfect sector-specific resume.

The right person should be able to follow direction, ask thoughtful questions, organize scattered information, and turn ideas into finished marketing outputs. They should also be comfortable working with leadership, coordinating outside resources, and keeping projects moving from concept to publication.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay will be competitive and tied to experience. The expected range is $80,000 to $120,000, depending on skill set, experience level, digital fluency, and overall fit. Xite also offers a 401(k) program and healthcare benefits.
